1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilism ("jilism," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilism.cam ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the jilism Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jilism Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jilism Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online casino gaming;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or legal entity;
• You have not previously been excluded from the jilism Platform or any associated gaming service;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jilism or any affiliated game provider.

jilism reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS or GSIS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or PRC professional ID. Accounts will remain restricted until satisfactory verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on jilism, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change;
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;

jilism reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. jilism also reserves the right to merge accounts where it is determined that a single individual holds more than one account, with any bonuses received on duplicate accounts forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilism account, whether or not you authorized such activity. jilism will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jilism supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine-based payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. jilism reserves the right to adjust these limits. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. jilism aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya/Maya: 5 to 15 minutes after approval;
• InstaPay and QR Ph: within 1 to 3 hours after approval;
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): within 1 to 3 business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your jilism account, or to a verified account in the same name as your jilism registration. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jilism reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ₱50,000.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilism offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts in good standing only;
• Each promotion may carry specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the applicable promotion page;
• Bonus funds must typically be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account;

jilism's promotional offers are intended solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any systematic or commercial exploitation of bonus structures is considered fraudulent conduct and will be treated accordingly under Section 7 of these Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jilism — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering.

jilism is committed to fair gaming. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in digital games are regularly tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jilism Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft;
• Creating or operating more than one jilism account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jilism staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine play intent;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after it has been used for wagering purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

jilism is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices among all players. We offer a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at any time through your account settings, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your jilism account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased;

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jilism reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Instructions from a relevant regulatory authority.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, jilism reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach has occurred and the account is closed voluntarily or for administrative reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Players may also close their jilism account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and identity confirmation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilism Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall design and layout of jilism.cam — is the property of jilism or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilism Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilism.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jilism shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party game software providers;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

jilism's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jilism collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the jilism Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By creating a jilism account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time). 13 Amendments to These Terms

jilism reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilism will notify registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be posted at jilism.cam/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilism Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, jilism encourages all Players to attempt resolution of disputes through our customer support team. Most account and transaction disputes are resolved within 5 to 10 business days. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, jilism will cooperate with any applicable regulatory dispute resolution process.
